If you do not have the SI part, better add it because some people are

just too stupid and the mail might travel to Slovakia for their

ignorance instead of to Slovenia.

I've been thinking we might want to compare how addresses are written in

the USA, to make sure they can read the address like they should. 



I've also been thinking about asking you if you know if so called "value

letters" can be sent where you live. The system should be that you send

a letter and pay some extra money with that, then if it doesn't arrive

they pay you back double. If you have this, I will send you some money,

of which you would use a small part to send such a "value letter" and

when it doesn't arrive you would get the double money back. You would

then take 2/3 of that return and send another. And another, and another,

etc. In the end they will have to deliver something or have to give you

more and more money. Either of these two is not that bad in the end.
