Heh, it's just something you devolop after trying to play new games on

an old box... or after getting a taste of Microsoft's idea of printer

spooling (4 seperate abstraction layers, god knows why do printer

companies then even bother with things like DMA). 



As in irony, otherwise I guess I'm just from an out-dated timeframe.

People just don't write efficiently anymore, it's not cost-effective

anymore as is not debugging for example; if you're into marketing like

Microsoft, you don't do either and save a lot of time = money, a recepie

for success; it cannot be called positive progress tho.
