DustWolf - First by what methods are you "making" others therians?
Basically I do it by acting wolf in front of them. And if they display the proper cannine signals, I act to be their wolf social environment.
From reading your post, it would seem that the method is conditioning them to believe that they are therians. People are, though most dislike to admit it, rather easily conditioned. Much evidence of this can be found in the study of cults. Tell someone something enough times and they might just believe it.
Well I'm not telling them to be wolves or werewolves. They simply copy me and eventually start acting cannine in ways that they did not copy.
Since there are currently no medical test, that I know of at least, that can prove one is a therian or not, it is impossible to say whether your experiment has really worked or not.
Well not quite. I can derive results from it even if some of the circumstances are not definitive. If I had succesfully made a person act like a cannine, I can assume that the psychological parts of them that I can observe have in fact become therian. And further from that, if and only if we are to assume therianthropy is purely a psychological, phenotype fenomena, I can directly conclude that I have in fact made them into therians.
However it is interesting how many myths there are about how one becomes a werewolf and can make others. Tracing these myths back one can usually find that they do exist in reality, though the reality is often a medical one not therianthropy.
I realize those myths have been explained as medical phenomena, however I will stick to the conclusion that while this may be one of the explanations, there is no saying it is the only one. Even myths that might have grown on medical phenomena 99,99% of the cases might in fact also be based on 0.01% of actual pure human to therian transformations.
