Here is the UDP Console. This program of mine will let you communicate to eachoter or to Neil's Linux software via a port on UDP protocol. Enter a target IP (currently Neil's server), a local port (currently where Neil's programs are sending), a remote port (currently where Neil's programs are listening) and click "Online". If the box refuses to check, there must be something wrong with your network access. The local IP will be autodetected. You can send messages by typing them into the "to send" box and presing enter. By checking "autosend", the message will be sent every second. What is actualy sent is noted in the "actualy sent" box. You may choose to fix what is sent to 1024 bytes by checking the "fix to 1024 bytes" checkbox. Responses come into the "Response" box. If you want to chat in more IRC-style, make sure that "history log" is checked. The log below will store the last 10 messages on display for you to read. There is no linebreaking, so if the message is to long, click it and scroll trough it using the textbox below. If you want to keep the entire conversation, check the "unlimited" checkbox. DO NOT SPREAD THIS AROUND TOO MUCH! This program is dangerus for the posibility of using it in DoS attacks, this time esspecialy dangerus to Neil, since his settings are already entered. THE PROGRAM IS COPYRIGHTED NOT TO BE USED OUTSIDE MESONAI. Harold, I got some PowerBasic code for such UDP communication too, tell me if you want me to send it to you. Ryan, inform me if you would like to have the source for this program, it is already equiped with comments and is not hard to comprehend.
