Here is stuff about Meson. Text next to a picture belongs to it
(not below or above).
|
Meson is made up of equal members. Anyone that joins, becomes an equal
member of Meson. There is no boss and no people with exact functions. |
With this set of pictures we describe Meson's control system, that
is: the way we make rules, orders and decisions.
1. In this first picture you see one member that has a new idea. |
|
|
2. According to Meson's control system no individual can make rules,
orders or decisions. An individual can't even innitiate a consulting about
his idea.
So the individual with the idea must present his idea to any member
of Meson. |
3. On the picture you can see that the other member agreed that the
idea is a good one and decided to support it.
If the real situation is not such, the author of the idea must try harder,
alter the idea or give it up.
This procedure (so far) is supposed to filter out any paranoid or selfish
ideas. =] |
|
|
4. Now that there are two members supporting an idea, they may spread
the idea to others. Other members should assist in spreading the idea and
assure understanding. |
5. When all members are familiar with the idea, they might agree completely
(red) or have something to say about it (violet). |
|
|
6. Now members consult about the idea. Supporters of the original idea
try to convince the ones that don't agree completely to accept their idea
and vice versa. |
7. Finnaly, the members form a hybrid idea* that is then an official:
-
Idea (and copyright) of the Meson Corporation.
-
Rule about Meson to be followed immediately.
-
Order to a member or member group inside Meson.
[*] A hybrid idea is the original idea that includes
ALL suggestions that remain after the consulting. If the suggestions
and the idea are completely contradicting, the idea is ignored completely;
the author might then request another consulting and/or alter his idea. |
