New version 1.0.3 is out!

What's new:
 * Made auto-build check in when someone requests the XML instead 
   of periodically (saves some CPU and some nerves)
 * Now support for "." in titles, extension still hidden
 * Fixed RSS uncompliance problem with "&" in filenames
 * Fixed MIME type in RSS Server
 * Site on server now includes a link to the RSS feed, button style
 * Added "Validate" button
