Hello Team,

I have been working on the Console and have fixed the Nice I/O and MSDOS

displaying problems and made MSDOS support fully operational.

According to the plan, I have also assembled the folowing reports:

 MSDOS support status report

 ---------------------------

MSDOS support was previously disabled because of a simple reporting

problem. The situation was resolved by introducing a "MSDOS active"

checkbox which needs to be manulay checked whenever the user wants and

response from the MSDOS box. It is a good idea to uncheck the box

whenever MSDOS is not being used, to save diskspace and bandwidth.

 GUI4FTE status report

 ---------------------

It appears that the current GUI4FTE already supports the new vocabulary,

atho it is sending the commands to the FileLoc entry of ICSA_FTE_Input

instead of the ICSA ordinary communication files. It also appears there

are a few incompatibilities, including the presence of all data (ToName

and FromName) in "Copy" commands + the "Compare" and "Rename" commands;

I don't really know if these were removed or are simply missing in the

documentation. I will likely not take working on the GUI4FTE as a

priority, but will rather use the idea of it's construction to work on

the Installer.

That's all for now.

Neil: We have to discuss further devolopment if there is anything new to

report.

Robert: We have to get our ICI Console's in contact sometime. The

default debugging time begins at 19:00 or 20:00 every day, our time.

Harold: Inform me if you wish to recieve these updates at an active

basis or only at the major updates, in Neil's setup and install package,

since you are not devoloping code nor debugging.

For the record:

[1.5 hours on ICI308.exe]

C'ya!
