Not to trick around with the non-truths, I'll answer more directly: Yes,

in fact so. Most of us do not have their speaking circuts wired in

appropriately or missing alogather, while many of the higher functioning

ones have great programming language capabilty (I've actualy talked to a

HFA programer that is learned everything from the "Hello world" programs

to coding operating systems in 2 years, but had an occasional

dissability to speak at all).

Attention Deflict Disorder (or ADD) is a thing a little diffirent to my

case, tho it is part of Autism. For example, Eddison had ADD, Bill Gates

has AS (which is what I have). ADD people have a tendency to get

themselves killed durring childhood, since they have no sense of danger

whatsoever.

What is it about Autism is that details catch our attention. Nor a good

thing nor a bad one.

You should also keep in mind that, being Autistic, I am emotionaly

retarded.

Many Autistic people have a general or occasional oversensitivity to

some things. I am pretty sure I have an occasional oversensitivity to

touch, taste and smell and a general oversensitivity to sound within the

300 Hz range (I don't hear it, it simply causes me a bad headache). I

can't fit in the public society for that reason, the sounds can drive me

insane. Thank god we have EQs on computers (300 Hz set to -12 db ;)! =P

Indeed. I tend to avoid doing it solely for the moral reasons.

However you I think you can understand this: The urge to get out of a

noizy cround is about the same as the urge to go into the woods when

feeling more wolfy. And then there are unavoidable situations, like when

mosquitos bite you and you happen to be oversensitive to touch, it's

hell on earth!
